Located in Gainesville Florida, Residences at Oakview is an affordable housing community. Our recently renovated apartment homes feature all new kitchens, appliances, and heating and cooling systems. Our residents love having their very own playground, picnic area and a newly constructed community center. They also benefit from service programs provided by our team which promote self-sufficiency and skill-building.
